Hillside Living, LLC has filed applications for the Hillside Center for Sustainable Living to be located on Hillside Avenue and Cottage Court. The project proposes to construct 48 units in 8 residential buildings with a greenhouse, barn, and silo. In addition, Hillside Living, LLC in conjunction with the YWCA of Greater Newburyport has applied to construct a lodging house at 18 Cottage Court.
